New life in the Stour -Godinton

Today we found new life bubbling under the surface of the River Stour at Godinton House and Gardens.

We ran a river dipping workshop, followed by a clay crafting session where the children made their very own cased caddis fly! The cased caddis flies make a case by weaving spit and things they find on the riverbed into a protective outer layer that also helps camouflage them..
