Wye Litter Pick
Thirteen bags of rubbish removed from the riverbanks of the Stour near Wye in just 2 hours!
The banks were covered in lots of small lumps of polystyrene, plastic lids/caps, bottles and food wrappers. One wrapper had a best before date from 2016!
Hopefully we have made the area a much nicer habitat for the wildlife in the area – we were lucky enough to see coots, frogs, swans, lapwings, skylarks and cormorants today!
