Oak Processionary Moth

Please help us to protect our beautiful native oak trees!
Oak Processionary Moth arrived in the UK 15 years ago and is quickly spreading out from London into Kent. The moth caterpillars can strip an oak of its leaves, leaving it vulnerable to disease and other damage. You could help us to monitor this new pest threat by carrying out surveys of your local oak trees. It doesn’t have to take up much of your time – you could just monitor a few trees close to home several times a month. Full training will be provided. Please get in touch if you think you can help out!
