Debbie has been working with Godinton House, a beautiful heritage house and gardens, to complete delivery of this terms outdoor education for two primary schools in Ashford. Some incredible young children grew in confidence and knowledge in areas or river habitats, meadows and the farmed landscape. Highlights at the final session included grinding their own wheat into flour and making delicious biscuits. This final lesson engaged children with the reality of making food, from field to plate. These valuable outdoor sessions will continue next academic year. Thank you to all those involved.
