The Ashford Volunteer Team tackled the scrub on the #WyeNationalNatureReserve. It was hard work on the slopes, but they kept on smiling! The hills were ‘alight’ (well just a wee bit) to burn some of the cut material.

We are removing scrub for Natural England, as it is valuable chalk grassland for specialist plant species and associated wildlife.
